Training Directors' SIG: L3/LHH Executive Leadership Development Program

Don Ledbetter from L-3 Communications Corporation and Sheila Basile of Lee Hecht Harrison will share and lead a discussion about a comprehensive leadership development program for Executives that includes Developmental Assessment and Planning, Executive Coaching and a Core Learning Program.

ASTD NY Members free.  Non-members may audit one meeting of ONLY ONE of the ASTD NY SIGs but will be required to join the ASTD New York chapter to attend additional SIG meetings.

Training Directors’ SIG meetings are only for those members who are currently Training Directors/Managers with Corporations in the NY Metropolitan area, or who have held this position within the last year.
